A cowboy doll feels very jealous when a new space action figure takes his place as the favorite toy in a boy’s room. But when both toys get lost, they must forget their rivalry and work together to get back to their owner.
A little boy named Andy loves playing with his toys in his room, especially his doll called Woody. But when Andy is not around, the toys come to life. Woody is happy being Andy’s favorite toy, but he worries because Andy’s family is moving soon. What Woody doesn’t know is that Andy’s mom gave him a new toy for his birthday a space ranger action figure named Buzz Lightyear. Buzz doesn’t know he’s a toy and quickly becomes Andy’s new favorite.
Woody feels jealous and tries to get rid of Buzz. But soon, both toys get lost. Now, Woody and Buzz must work together to find their way back to Andy before the move, but they face many dangers especially from a scary kid named Sid, who likes to destroy toys.
