After the events of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Sam Wilson has accepted his new role as Captain America. He is called to the White House, where the new president, Ross, wants his help to rebuild the Avengers. But things take a dark turn when Sam’s friend, Isaiah Bradley, suddenly tries to attack the president and is blamed for the assassination attempt.

Now, Sam teams up with his new partner, Joaquin Torres, to find out who is really behind the attack. They must act fast to stop a dangerous plan that even involves President Ross without him knowing it.
